Işık Tazeler

Following her education in Public Relations, Işık Tazeler has been part of the professional business world since 1998. She began her career as a Sales and Marketing Analyst at Electrolux, and later took on the role of BPO Project Manager at Turkcell Global Bilgi and Deutsche Telecom Germany.

She has held senior leadership positions in Customer Experience, Business Development, Operations, Sales, and Marketing functions at companies such as Koç Sistem, Vodafone, Final Varlık Yönetim, Tempo BPO, and Trenkwalder. Throughout her career, she has led strategic initiatives in operations, growth, digital transformation, and marketing.

As the Chairwoman of the Board, Co-Founder, and CEO of Omnilis, she plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Throughout her career, Tazeler has been recognized by global organizations with numerous accolades, including “EMEA Industry Champion,” “Best Partner Management Program Leader,” “Best Business Leader,” and “Best Customer Experience Leader.”

She is actively involved in mentoring women and youth to empower them in the professional world and currently serves as Vice Chairwoman of the Information Technologies Association (Bilgi Teknolojileri Derneği). She continues to take an active role in various industry associations and communities.
