With this awareness, as the data controller, we would like to inform you, in accordance with the “Information Notice for Job Applicants on the Protection of Personal Data Under Law No. 6698”, about the processing and possible transfer of your personal data, which may take place based on your explicit consent.
If you give your explicit consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data for the purposes stated herein, you are kindly requested to write "GRANTED" in the relevant section of the table below. If you do not give your explicit consent, please write "NOT GRANTED".
Please note that the explicit consent you provide below may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written statement to [email protected], specifying which of your data you wish to withdraw consent for. This will not result in any adverse consequences for you. I give my explicit consent for the processing and transfer of the following personal data: My identity information, contact information, financial data, sensitive personal data that I provided in my CV or job application form, visual data, educational background, job applicant details, military service status, driver’s license status, vehicle eligibility, internship status — to third-party institutions or organizations with whom the Data Controller maintains close business relationships (e.g., for HR services) — for the purposes of increasing employment opportunities and enabling communication with me regarding my job application.
I also give my explicit consent for the processing and transfer of personal and sensitive data (including health data) provided in my CV or disclosed during interviews, for the purpose of conducting accurate recruitment evaluations by the Data Controller.
